Can't receive incoming call notifications in Dynamics 365 Remote Assist

This article provides a resolution for an issue where you can't receive notifications for an incoming call when using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote Assist on HoloLens.

Symptoms

When you use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote Assist on HoloLens, you don't get notifications for an incoming call.

Cause

You might be signed in to Dynamics 365 Remote Assist with a different account than the one you used to sign in to your HoloLens.

Resolution

To solve this issue, make sure you sign in to both the app and the device with the same account.
