WDDM Overlay (WoW64)

This automated test verifies that user-mode and kernel-mode display drivers correctly handle overlays.

The test creates overlays (if supported) and performs rendering operations on surfaces display via overlays. Neither the user-mode nor kernel-mode driver can crash or hang during this test

Runs both the WDDM Overlay test job and the WDDM Overlay (WoW64) test job.
