MCIWNDM_SETPALETTE message

The MCIWNDM_SETPALETTE message sends a palette handle to the MCI device associated with the MCIWnd window. You can send this message explicitly or by using the MCIWndSetPalette macro.

Returns zero if successful or an error otherwise.
