Color::MakeARGB method (gdipluscolor.h)
The Color::MakeARGB method creates a 32-bit value that consolidates the specified alpha, red, green, and blue components.
Syntax

Parameters
[in] a
Type: BYTE
Byte that specifies the alpha component.

Type: BYTE
