IDiscRecorder2::get_ExclusiveAccessOwner method (imapi2.h)
Retrieves the name of the client application that has exclusive access to the device.

Parameters
[in] value
String that contains the name of the client application that has exclusive access to the device.
Return value
S_OK is returned on success, but other success codes may be returned as a result of implementation. The following error codes are commonly returned on operation failure, but do not represent the only possible error values:

Remarks
This property returns the current exclusive access owner of the device. This value comes directly from CDROM.SYS and should be queried anytime an operation fails with error E_IMAPI_RECORDER_LOCKED.
