ILatLongReport::GetLatitude method (locationapi.h)

[The Win32 Location API is available for use in the operating systems specified in the Requirements section. It may be altered or unavailable in subsequent versions. Instead, use the Windows.Devices.Geolocation API. ]

Retrieves the latitude, in degrees. The latitude is between -90 and 90, where north is positive.

Syntax

HRESULT GetLatitude(
  [out] DOUBLE *pLatitude
);

Parameters

[out] pLatitude

Address of a DOUBLE that receives the latitude.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
