ITAgentSession::get_ACDCallRate method (tapi3cc.h)
The get_ACDCallRate method gets the all rate per agent session, in calls per hour.
Syntax
HRESULT get_ACDCallRate(
[out] CURRENCY *pcyCallrate
);
Parameters
[out] pcyCallrate
Pointer to call rate.
Return value
This method can return one of these values.
