After uninstalling the ADK and the WinPE extension, cleaning the Windows Kits folder and restarting the SCCM server, the ADK and WinPE do not reinstall completely.
For the ADK, when running the installer (in admin mode or system account mode) with the necessary MECM features checked, the installer finishes in a few seconds (with success) and install a few folders, but the installation is not complete (compared with the folders present during a clean installation on a test machine).
When I then tried to install the WinPE extension (in admin or system account mode), the installer also finished in a few seconds (with success) and this time, no changes were made to the Windows Kits folder.
The ADK and WinPE extension are installed in the latest version (September 2023).
I've tried several reinstallations (also with other ADK versions and with downloading source in local before installation) and repairs of the ADK and WinPE extension, but without success, as they behave in the same way as the previous installations.
I also tried deleting the Windows Kits registry key, but without success, as the same behavior occurred during installation.
I've checked the logs in the Event Viewer and there are no entries concerning the installation of the ADK and the WinPE extension.

The antivirus is disabled on the server.
Have you already encountered this problem yourself, or do you have any additional suggestions for solving it ?
