Hi,
I have a Macbook pro from 2018 ( I bought it used but it works perfectly fine ).
For UNI I have to use excel. I bought a licence ( a code ) on the internet and connected it to my account but it didn't work ( I'll explain the problem later on )
After having that issue, I found out that I had OFFICE 365 with my UNI account. After having logged in on this account ( which works perfectly fine of my windows PC ), the problem doesn't change.
I cannot modifie a document that I created nor save it. I can however modify an other document ( that I downloaded ) but I can't save it. When going on the home page of excel and I check accounts it "logged" me in my previous microsoft account not my UNI one. Even if I disconnect from that email address all excel ( powerpoint and word too ) doesn't work.
In addition, I connected one drive to my UNI account, and it works but any other office app doesn't.
I have the latest MacOS and I believe the latest office version ( having downloaded it multiple times ).
Please could someone help me, I'm desperate, I don't know what to do.
