Well, who knew that ctrl-S in NewsGator would post, in addition to alt-S?  And
both my machines with the WinBlogX.exe client are not allowing me to use it. 
Darn.  Please ignore that post, while I finish it; I’ll post the completed
version shortly…

    Yeah, we can't tell the difference (in code) between the user hitting Save or Post in Outlook, unfortunately. To work around the problem, though, go to NewsGator/Options, Posting tab, and check "Prompt to save draft when posting", and clear the "Only when Outlook is offline" option.
