Software Factory Building Roundup
There have been a few great posts in the last couple of weeks about building software factories. Jezz Santos and Edward Bakker have been posting a series of articles titled Factories 201 to take people beyond the basics. To date, they have posted on the following:

Not in this series, but in a similar vein, is Daniel Cazzulino's post Building Software Factories Today. It's great to see so many people using and building software factories, especially when they share their experiences with the community.
