XmlReader pointing positioned on a <KeyInfo> element.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

if there is a problem reading the XML.

Remarks

Only handles IssuerSerial, Ski, SubjectName, Certificate. Unsupported types are skipped. Only a X509 data element is supported.
