Checks whether specified item is visible.

Parameters
- AbsIndex

[In] An integer containing the Absolute Item Index to query.
- pfVisible
- Int32
[Out] A pointer to a Boolean value that return TRUE if the Item is visible, FALSE if not visible.
Returns
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
