Computes the corresponding position and tangent from the specified distance along the path.

Parameters
- distance
- Single
The distance to use.
- position
- SKPoint
The position of a point along the current contour.
- tangent
- SKPoint
The tangent along the current contour.
Returns
Returns false if there is no path, or a zero-length path was specified, in which case position and tangent are unchanged.
Remarks
Distance is pinned to 0 <= distance <= Length.
