Configurer des réponses de recherche administrative pour les utilisateurs d’un organization

Microsoft Recherche permet aux administrateurs d’associer des termes de recherche à des significations ou des pages web spécifiques à leur organisation et d’inclure ces associations comme réponses de recherche. Par exemple, les utilisateurs d’un organization peuvent rencontrer un acronyme inconnu qui représente un nom de projet interne ou un nom d’équipe associé à une page web d’équipe. Les administrateurs peuvent configurer des acronymes, des signets ou desquestions/réponses dans le Centre d'administration Microsoft 365, sous Recherche & intelligence. Cela permet aux utilisateurs d’utiliser la recherche pour naviguer et se familiariser avec leur travail.
Les administrateurs peuvent également utiliser l’API Microsoft Recherche dans Microsoft Graph pour gérer par programmation les réponses de recherche administrative dans le organization. Ces réponses sont affichées dans microsoft Recherche résultats lorsqu’elles sont déclenchées par un acronyme ou mot clé définis dans les types de ressources de réponse de recherche disponibles : acronyme, signet et ressources qna.
Lorsqu’elles sont déclenchées par un acronyme ou un mot clé défini, ces réponses de recherche apparaissent en haut de la page des résultats de la recherche dans votre organization.
Exemple 1 : Créer un acronyme
La requête suivante crée un acronyme qui s’affiche sur la page des résultats de la recherche lorsqu’un utilisateur le recherche.
