2.2.18.5 OBJREF_HANDLER
This form of OBJREF is used by the server object to provide an identifier for a helper object on the client, which the client can use as a proxy for the server object.

clsid (16 bytes): This MUST specify a CLSID identifying an object class on the client that the client uses as a handler for the interface identified by the iid field of the containing OBJREF.
saResAddr (variable): This MUST specify a DUALSTRINGARRAY that MUST contain the network and security bindings for the object resolver service on the server.
