2.2.2.2.21 DialPercent

The DialPercent key specifies a percent of the total bandwidth available through the currently connected subentry, or subentries, for the demand-dial connection. If the bandwidth actually consumed exceeds this value, then RRAS will dial an additional subentry. This key is optional.<213> If present, it is used only if the Type key has the value "1" and the DialMode key has the value "2". The value for this key SHOULD be a decimal number in the range 0 to 100.
