ITimeZone::get_DaylightBias

The DaylightBias property gets the offset in minutes added to the Bias value when the time zone is in daylight-saving time. For most time zones, DaylightBias has a value of –60.
Syntax
HRESULT get_DaylightBias(
long * plBias
);
Parameters
- plBias
[out] Reference to the offset in minutes.
Return Value
This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:
- S_OK
The method completed successfully.
Remarks
DaylightBias is undefined if SupportsDST is FALSE.
DaylightBias is not used if DaylightDate is undefined.
