IRecurrencePattern::put_Occurrences

The Occurrences property gets or sets the number of occurrences in the recurrence pattern.

To set the value of the Occurrences property, call the property method described here.

To get the value of the Occurrences property, see the IRecurrencePattern::get_Occurrences property method.

Syntax

HRESULT put_Occurrences(
  long lOccurrences
);

Parameters

• lOccurrences
  [in] An integer value indicating the number of occurrences in the recurrence pattern.

Return Value

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

• S_OK
  The method completed successfully.

Remarks

To use put_Occurrences, first call IRecurrencePattern::put_NoEndDate with a value of FALSE. After you set this property, PatternEndDate is set automatically when you save the task or appointment.
