Use the lineSendUSSD function to send an Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) message.
Syntax

Parameters
- hLine
The line device handle. The line device handle must have been previously obtained by a call to lineOpen with the proper TAPI device ID specified and a device-specific extension version successfully negotiated with lineNegotiateExtVersion.
- lpbUSSD
Points to a USSD command to send.
- dwUSSDSize
The size in bytes of the USSD command.
dwFlags
Indicates special flags pertaining to the USSD command. Possible values are listed in the following table.Value Description LINEUSSDFLAG_ENDSESSION
Mobile is ending the USSD session.
Return Value
Returns a positive request identifier if the function is completed asynchronously, or a negative error number if an error occurs. The dwParam2 parameter of the corresponding LINE_REPLY message is zero if the function succeeds or it is a negative error number if an error occurs. The following are possible return values:

Remarks
This is a privileged function.
The lineSendUSSD function sends only UNICODE formatted messages and does not support binary messages. Not implemented for CDMA.
