Determines if the samples for the stream will be fixed or variable size.
Syntax
BOOL IsFixedSize( ) const;
Parameters
None.
Return Value
Returns one of the following values.

|---|---|
TRUE |
Samples will be fixed size. |
FALSE |
Samples will be variable length. |
