This macro uses an application-defined comparison function to sort groups by identifier (ID) within a list-view control. You can use this macro or send the LVM_SORTGROUPS message explicitly.

Syntax

int ListView_SortGroups(
   HWND hwnd,
   PFNLVGROUPCOMPARE pfnGroupCompare,
   LPVOID plv
);

Parameters

  • hwnd
    Handle to the list-view control.
  • pfnGroupCompare
    Pointer to a comparison function.
  • plv
    Void pointer.

Return Value

Returns 1 if successful, or 0 otherwise.

None.
