If an application requests a secure connection and there is no active connection that is more secure, Connection Manager makes the connection and disables all other connections with lower security level. If the application requests a secure connection and there is an active connection with a higher security level, Connection Manager does not make the requested secure connection, and returns the status code CONNMGR_STATUS_EXCLUSIVECONFLICT.
