The PR_CE_DISABLE_DOWNLOAD_SIZE_OPTIONS property indicates (to the Messaging Application and/or the Transport) that the account settings related to message download sizes, should not be editable.
Note
The Messaging Application User Interface uses this property to disable download size settings in the Account Wizard.
