The following applications and plug-ins in Windows Mobile are FDRM-enabled.

Dshow plug-ins to Windows Media Player |
These plug-ins are acquired by the OEM. Examples of protected content include 3gpp formats such as 3gp, h263, mp4; and amr. |
Eventsound plug-ins for ring tones |
These plug-ins are acquired by the OEM. Examples of protected content include midi 1, midi 2, and so forth. |
File explorer (Windows Mobile Standard Only) |
This application is acquired by the OEM. |
Note
This is not an exhaustive list of applications that are FDRM-enabled. Other applications required by OEMs and operators such as MMS picture are also FDRM-enabled. These applications must be acquired directly by the OEM.
