Reissuing All Licenses to a Consumer

You can reissue all licenses that you have previously issued to a consumer. For example, a consumer's computer might have been damaged or replaced, and the consumer might want to recover all licenses issued from your site. If you do not allow the right to back up and restore licenses ( license management ), the only way for a consumer to recover licenses is for your site to reissue them. You can set your own policy for reissuing licenses; for example, you might limit the number of times you reissue licenses to each consumer.

For each license transaction, you must record a customer ID and key ID for which the license was issued, and the rights if you want to reissue the same type of license.
