Update Package Information Example

The XML code in the following example is processed by the FwUpdate Configuration Service Provider which will update information about a package. It Creates a subtree for the package information under the FwUpdate node. It inserts information into the PkgURL and PkgName nodes of the subtree. It then downloads the package and updates it with the specified information.

Remarks

One provisioning XML file typically contains configuration information for multiple Configuration Service Providers. To use this example, you must replace the values as appropriate, and add the node as a child of the SyncBody node in an OMA DM provisioning file.
