Gets a value indicating whether UpmMembershipProvider tracks the account status (Active, Inactive).

true to indicate that the provider tracks the account status; otherwise, false.
Remarks
Returns a value indicating whether UpmMembershipProvider tracks the account status (Active, Inactive). Returns true to indicate that the provider tracks the account status. Returns false to indicate that the provider does not track the account status.
