Updates parent and grandparent object references of a child class instance.

Parameters
- parent
Type: System..::.Object
The immediate parent of the current instance.
Remarks
Called whenever this object is associated with an order group. Updates parent and grandparent object references of a child class instance.
SetParent allows the current instance to fix up any internal references to parents, grandparents or other fields associated with the surrounding OrderGroup.
SetParent typically gets called when performing an Add() operation on a collection.
