Commerce Server Manager Properties, Administration Database Tab
Use the Commerce Server Manager Properties dialog box, Administration Database tab,to view or modify the properties of the administration database connection string. If you change the name of your computer or leave or join a new domain, you must change the necessary connection string settings in Commerce Server Manager so that they use the new computer name.

If you are changing the connection string settings to point to a different Administration database, first run the Configuration Wizard to correctly set up and test the connection to the database. If the Administration database is not configured correctly, then problems may occur later when you use Administration objects. |
