LogType

The LogType property indicates whether logging to the IIS log files is enabled. IIS log files are stored in %SystemRoot%\system32\Logfiles\<Service_Type><Site_Number>. This property is read-write.

If LogType is set to 0, then logging is disabled. If LogType is set to 1, then logging is enabled. To disable logging for child nodes under a parent node for which LogType is set to 1, set the DontLog property to on the child nodes.

ASP and ODBC errors do not get logged to the IIS log files. For more information, see IIS Error Codes.
