CentralBinaryLoggingEnabled
The CentralBinaryLoggingEnabled property is a global flag to denote that IIS will generate one centralized binary log file rather than a separate file per Web site. When you set this property, the World Wide Web Service (W3SVC) requires a restart.
Note
This parameter is not inheritable and only exists on the parent node.
