ISCTE_EAS::GetNatureOfActivationTextLen

The GetNatureOfActivationTextLen method returns the length of the text description of the alert.

Syntax

  HRESULT GetNatureOfActivationTextLen(
  BYTE*  pbVal
);

Parameters

pbVal

[out]  Receives the size of the text, in bytes. To get the description text, allocate a buffer of this size and call ISCTE_EAS::GetNatureOfActivationText.

Return Values

The method returns an HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.

Return code Description
MPEG2_E_UNINITIALIZED The Initialize method was not called.
S_OK The method succeeded.
