Publier des liens vers des applications clientes Office
Mise à jour : 2007-08-30
Before you perform this procedure, confirm that:
You have read the topic Gérer les liens ciblés.
Your system is running either the Standard or Enterprise version of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
Important : Administrators must have access to the Shared Services Provider (SSP) administration site.
Administrators can add links to SharePoint sites and lists from Office client applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. These links appear on the My SharePoint Sites tab of the Open, Save, and Save As dialog boxes when opening and saving documents from these applications. Links only appear on the My SharePoint Sites tab if the person using the application is a member of a targeted audience. If no audience is selected, the links appear in the tab for all users within the current Shared Services Provider (SSP).
Publish a link to Office client applications
Use the following procedure to publish a link to Office client applications.
Publish a link to Office client applications
On the Shared Services Administration home page, in the User Profiles and My Sites section, click Published links to Office client applications.
On the Published links to Office client applications page, on the New menu, click New Item.
On the Published links to Office client applications: New Item page, in the URL section, type the URL of the SharePoint site in the URL text box. You can test the URL by clicking Click here to test.
Optionally, you can type a description of the trusted personal site location in the Type the description text box.
In the Type section, click the type of site. This ensures that the Office client applications categorize the publishing link correctly.
In the Target Audiences section, if you want to specify target audiences for the site, either type the audience names in the corresponding box or click Browse to select audiences by using the Select Audiences page. Alternatively, you can select a distribution group or security group, rather than use an existing audience.
Click OK.
