Terminates a string.

Parameters

The element type._Ostr
An object of type basic_ostream._Tr
Character traits.
Return Value
An object of type basic_ostream.
Remarks
The manipulator calls _Ostr**.put(_Elem('\0'**)). It returns _Ostr.
