Parameters

Type: System.ObjectThe domain element that has the property to check.
Return Value
Type: System.Boolean
true if the value of the domain property should be serialized; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This method returns true if the described property has been updated by the user and is not currently tracking.
If the tracking property descriptor is not associated with a model element, then the component parameter indicates the model element that has the property to check.
