Determines whether the first span ends after the end of the second span.

Return Value
Type: Boolean
Returns true if the end of span1 is greater than the end of span2; otherwise, returns false.
Remarks
This test does not mean that the two spans intersect, only that the end of the first span occurs after the end of the second span.
