Loads the resource string into the specified package.

Parameters
guidPackage
Type: Guid%[in] Guid of the package into which the string will be loaded.
culture
Type: Int32[in] A LCID value specifying the culture for which the string is valid. Supplying a value of 0 will select the LCID that the user selected when the application was started.
pszResourceName
Type: String[in] The name of the resource.
pbstrValue
Type: String%[out, retval] Pointer to the resource.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
