Builds a DSRef object that identifies a data object with the specified type and identifier.

Parameters
typeName
Type: System.StringThe name of the type of object.
identifier
Type: array<System.Object[]The identifier of the object.
parameters
Type: array<System.Object[]An array whose contents are defined by the particular implementation of BuildDSRef method and specified by the Data Object Support XML. Such information can be used to provide extra data indicating how to build the DSRef object. This allows an implementation of BuildDSRef to be more data driven.

Returns a DSRef object that identifies a specified data object.
Exceptions

ArgumentException | The parameters argument is in an invalid format. |
ExternalException | Could not create DSRef object. |
Remarks
The base implementation of this method will create a DSRef object and delegate to AppendToDSRef.
