Called by the framework when a user clicks the Print button.

Remarks
The PrintKeyMap method prints the key map. It initiates a new print job and then repeatedly calls the CMFCKeyMapDialog::OnPrintHeader and CMFCKeyMapDialog::OnPrintItem methods until all the key mappings are printed.
