Remarks
Called when the user right-clicks over the diagram. The default behavior is that it is visible when the current selection is an item in a compartment shape. To specify whether the command is visible and enabled on the menu, override this method and set the Visible and Enabled properties of the command parameter. You will normally want to use this.CurrentSelection to help you determine whether the menu command should appear.
