An enumerable collection of IExtensionReference objects that represent the dependencies of the extension.
Remarks
Although this API supports the Extension Manager infrastructure, we recommend that you do not use it because it is subject to change.
Every IExtensionReference object corresponds to a Reference element in the VSIX manifest for the extension.
