CommandSet.ProcessOnStatusResetDecoratorLocationCommand Method
Determines whether the Rest Decorator Location command appears on the context menu. Called when the user right-clicks over the diagram.

Parameters
command
Type: System.ComponentModel.Design.MenuCommandSet the Visible and Enabled properties to determine whether the command appears on the menu.
Remarks
The default behavior is that the command is visible and enabled when the user clicks a connector label that is not in its automatic position. To modify this behavior, override this method and set the Visible and Enabled properties of the command parameter. You will normally want to use this.CurrentSelection to help you determine whether the menu command should appear.
