WarehouseProcessingStatusDetails Class

Contains current rollup run-time status for all warehouse jobs defined on the system Contains rollup ProcessingStatus, and sums of JobsRunning and JobsQueued jobs.

The warehouse considered "Idle" if JobsRunning + JobsQueued == 0
