	CreateDifferenceView(IDifferenceBuffer, CreateTextViewHostCallback, IEditorOptions)	Create an IDifferenceViewer over the given IDifferenceBuffer, using the given callback to create the individual views (inline, left, and right).
	CreateDifferenceView(IDifferenceBuffer, ITextViewRoleSet, IEditorOptions)	Create an IDifferenceViewer over the given IDifferenceBuffer with the given set of roles.
	CreateUninitializedDifferenceView	Creates an IDifferenceViewer over the given IDifferenceBuffer, without initializing it.
	TryGetViewerForTextView	If the given text view is owned by a difference viewer, retrieve that difference viewer.
