ProjectItemElement.KeepDuplicates Property
Gets or sets the KeepDuplicates value.

Property Value
Type: System.String
Returns the value of KeepDuplicates, or returns empty string if it is not present.
Remarks
Removes the attribute if the value to set is empty or null.
