Creating an RSoP User Interface

The Microsoft main RSoP snap-in hosts the MMC extension snap-ins that provide information about policy settings and RSoP. Microsoft provides a basic RSoP management tool through the RSoP snap-in.

If you plan to provide a richer user interface for RSoP information, or if you plan to create a tool for diagnostics and planning, you can create an RSoP extension snap-in. Third-party extension snap-ins can communicate with the main RSoP snap-in through the IRSOPInformation interface.
