IWebProxy::BypassList property
Gets and sets a collection of addresses that do not use the proxy server.
This property is read/write.

HRESULT get_BypassList(
[out] IStringCollection **retval
);
Property value
An IStringCollection interface that contains the addresses that do not use a proxy server.
Error codes
Returns S_OK if successful. Otherwise, returns a COM or Windows error code.
Remarks
The value of the BypassList property is ignored if the value of the AutoDetect property is set to VARIANT_TRUE.
