Warning
You can unintentionally disclose information about a request by adding information about the request to an EmailTemplate that is used by an ApprovalActivity activity. Information that is included in the template is sent to the e-mail recipients without verification that they are authorized to view that information. We recommend that Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010 (FIM) administrators review and follow their organizations’ policies regarding which information to include in templates.
