ApprovalResponse

Represents a response to an approval request. It is created by an approval activity as a result of an incoming message from the portal or from the MailListener.

Properties

The following table lists the properties of the ApprovalResponse resource:

Property Description

Approval

Optional property. Reference to the Approval resource that the current ApprovalResponse was created for.

ComputedActor

Optional multi-valued reference property that is populated by the FIM Service. This property is used to set up permissions.

Decision

Required property. String that indicates the approver's response to the approval request. Valid values are: Approved and Rejected.

Reason

Optional property. String that is entered by the approver with information why the request was approved or rejected.

Requestor

Optional property. Reference to the creator of the Request associated with the Approval.
